Lior Rozhansky is the managing member of Flora Capital LLC. Lior has years of experience in the multifamily investing space, with his first acquisition coming at the age of 23. Since then, he has built up a large multifamily portfolio and has experience in ground-up development, full gut-renovations, and all types of value-add programs. Along with multifamily investing, Lior has years of experience in the real estate brokerage space and runs one of the top teams in the Boston area. Lior holds a bachelor of science degree in Biochemistry from Brandeis University.
I have been working with Lior as a passive real estate investor for the past 3 years. I have been involved in several multi-family projects including one that went full cycle. Lior is a detailed numbers guy and his underwriting is conservative. Lior is also very responsive to questions and a pleasure to work with.
